How does the Healthy Hatchling Program work?
I offer a 12-week program that combines 1:1 coaching with a full bundle of resources, teaching you the fundamentals of nutrition, exercise, and how your autism and ADHD intersect with your health. The process is deeply personal and paced to meet your individual needs. You’ll also have the option to extend our collaboration beyond the initial 12 weeks, if desired.
How much does it cost?
Currently, the Healthy Hatchling Program is priced at €1500 for the full 12 weeks or €510 per month. However, as an Early Hatchling, you’ll receive a -50% discount on both options.
Please note that my 1:1 coaching and resources are also available separately, at different price points outside of the program.
Do you offer group / low ticket price coaching?
Unfortunately, I don’t currently offer other forms of coaching - but I’m working on it! For now, you're welcome to explore my free content by subscribing to our Substack and YouTube channel.

Do I have to be diagnosed with Autism or ADHD?
Absolutely not! I fully support self-diagnosis and validate anyone who identifies as autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or is in the process of exploring their neurotype. I also work with sensitive individuals who may not identify as neurodivergent.
Can I cancel the coaching program?
I understand that life can get in the way. However, my coaching spots are very limited, so every client is informed before signing the contract that once we begin the first week, there are no refunds for sessions that have already taken place.
If you’ve paid in full but decide not to complete the program, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining unused weeks. This policy protects my time and availability, while also helping to maintain accountability for those who sign up.
What happens after 12th week HH program?
You’ll have the option to either extend our collaboration with 1:1 coaching or wrap it up feeling satisfied, motivated, and equipped with tools and lifetime-access resources.
Before we finish, I’ll also walk you through the potential risks and obstacles of no longer having a coach by your side - and how to prevent slipping back into old, harmful patterns.
How is my coaching different from other fitness professionals?
I'm dedicated to make my coaching as informative and flexible as possible - because everyone deserves to know how to care for themselves.
That’s why my approach will never be corrupted by gatekeeping knowledge to create dependence. I want staying in contact with me to be a choice, not a necessity, for maintaining your health.
My coaching will always honor your energy levels, daily capacity, and executive functioning. In my coaching there's no room for mantras like "weak willpower," or "laziness."
What if I can't afford coaching?
Please don’t hesitate to contact me or book a free Discovery Call, even if the pricing feels out of reach. I never want finances to be the reason we can’t work together, especially if my offer resonates with you and feels like the right solution for your problems.
We can always explore ways to adjust the program to fit your situation without compromising your needs or my value as a coach.
What if I have other mental health conditions or chronic illnesses?
You’re absolutely welcome here. Many of my clients live with co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, or other health challenges and I take a flexible, trauma-informed approach that adapts to your needs, pace, and capacity.
