TRI-ASSIST provides digital products, wellness-related content, educational materials, fitness guidance, and coaching services. These include:

  • Community engagement (e.g., Discord, Patreon, YouTube)

  • Group and 1:1 coaching services

  • Email content, workshops, and virtual events

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (including but not limited to e-books, PDFs, templates, courses, or downloads) are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available for download or access.

  • You will receive access immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • Under EU consumer law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the product and waive your right of withdrawal.

  • Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, distribute, or otherwise make them available to third parties without prior written consent.

  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues if you do not meet the technical requirements stated on the product page.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

We may offer recurring subscription services via third-party platforms (e.g., Patreon, Substack, YouTube Membership, Discord premium access).

When you subscribe via such platforms:

  • Payments are processed by the platform according to their terms and conditions.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your account on that platform.

  • We are not responsible for the platform’s billing cycles, technical performance, or data handling.

  • Subscription content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any services. If under 18, you may only use the site with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
