°✧ TRI-ASSIST COACHING ✼。

Here, you don't have to explain how exhausting (and honestly, defeating) taking care of your health can be. Feels like everyone else seems to be out there crushing it, you're stuck wondering:

Why the hell can’t I do the same? What is wrong with me?

You try your best, but mainstream advice feels puzzling, your routines fall apart, and nothing seems to last for more than a week. You keep thinking „If I could just do this one thing - if I could just stick to that plan - it would finally work.”

I used to think that too.

I spent far too many years chasing generic fitness advice while comparing myself to neurotypical coaches and influencers - of course blaming my shortcomings on not being "disciplined enough."

Once I stopped forcing what didn’t matter and started learning what actually works for ADHD and autistic brains, everything changed.

Now I help fellow autistic and ADHD adults escape self-blame cycles and finally feel at home in their body and life - so they’ll never question their ability again, but the approach they were taught to follow.

If you’ve ever felt like the wellness industry wasn’t built for you - that’s because it wasn’t.
But this is.

| STARTING WITH your mindset |

Many of the challenges neurodivergent folks face around health aren’t personal failures - they’re the result of internalized expectations, ableism, and the harm we’ve absorbed from this overwhelming world. Almost every client I’ve worked with has carried some version of deep-rooted shame and self-hatred.

I'm a fitness coach - but to me, health is so much more than what I was taught in school. For years, I’ve been researching how everything, from sensory sensitivities to executive dysfunction, affects our ability to show up for ourselves. We simply can't "lock in" to a different functionality.

And it's not an obstacle, but an opportunity to go with a more holistic and compassionate approach.

We’re deeply sensitive beings. And when our actions aren’t aligned with our desires, they often backfire - creating more harm than progress.

| So, HOW does that WORK in practice? |

When we start working together, we don’t just jump straight into meal plans or workout routines. We begin with inner work - reconnecting with who you are, what you value, and what you actually want for yourself.

We take an honest, compassionate look at your goals and past experiences. Once we do that, you’ll be set to discover there’s so much more love available to you. More motivation, more patience, more clarity - when your why is finally yours.

From there, alongside education about neurodivergent struggles and behaviors, we explore nutrition and movement that actually excite you.

I never withhold any important information to keep you dependent. My coaching makes you feel empowered and confident on your own. After finishing the program, working with me is a supportive choice, not a requirement for staying healthy.

Yes, it takes effort. Yes, it requires work. But it’s so much easier than the media has made it seem. I’m tired of the wellness industry overcomplicating everything just to sell you another product. Tired of influencers pushing “one size fits all” lifestyles that ignore our differences.

I know you’re tired too. You don’t need more noise - so if you’re ready to build a lifestyle that’s actually healthy and sustainable

the Healthy Hatchling Program is here for you.
